Senior Photo Day - Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. Where do I go for the Senior Photo Day?

Please come to the lobby of the school to check in.

2. What does my appointment time mean?

This is the time you should report to your first photo station.  Plan to arrive at least 15 mins prior to your appointment time.

3. How many photo stations are there?

You will be photographed at three different stations.  The formal station will be indoors and there will be two environmental stations (weather permitting).

4. How many outfits should I bring?

You can bring up to two outfits for your environmental portraits.  Formal wear will be provided for you.

5. Should I bring anything special for the formal portrait (tux & drape)?

We will provide the tuxes and drapes, but boys should wear a plain white t-shirt and girls should wear a strapless bra and a black tank top with loose straps.  Someone will be there to help you with the tuxes and drapes.  Girls might also want to wear pearls or another simple style necklace (optional).  Your pants/shorts wont show in the photo, so wear whatever is comfortable.

6. Are Cap and Gown Portraits being done?

No.  Cap and Gown Portraits will be done in the Spring.

 

Senior Picture Ordering - Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. When will my student’s picture gallery be ready to view?

The ordering gallery should be “live” within 2 weeks from the picture day.  There will be an email sent out to notify you that the gallery is live as well. 

2. How do I order my pictures?

Use the website and access code given on picture day or in the email to view and order your pictures on-line.  Once you login you will see three tabs at the top…Overview, Packages, Individual Products. 

You can purchase packages along with individual products such as portraits, prints, and gifts. 

3. What products are available?

In the ordering gallery you will find different packages, a-la-carte items, and gifts.  Within these there are portraits, prints, and different items including key chains, mouse pads, etc. 

You will find the package selections on the packages tab at the top of the gallery page.  To find A-La-Carte options click on the Individual Products tab.  Once on the page click on any photo to show the product options.

4. How do I pay for my order?

You have 2 options to pay for your order.  You can pay with your card or PayPal. 

5. How will I receive my order?

Your order will be direct shipped to your home.  A few items may be delivered to the school if shipping is not available.
